Elizabeth Eckhardt has been producing large corporate and consumer events since 1997, with a specialty in a diverse range of consumer-facing, mega-events for 5,000 and more attendees. Clients cite her attention to detail, exceptional customer service and ability to seamlessly coordinate several hundred staff and vendors – hand-picked by her for their individual strengths – into a professional and well-harmonized support function as her greatest asset.

Her experience began with feature film location scouting and on-site production coordination, and expanded to work with clients such as Lucasfilm (corporate events for 2,000 attendees), AT&T (in-store Holiday sales promotions), and Levi’s (30-city road show with Goo Goo Dolls and Fastball) – allowing her to add the following to her stable of event marketing skills:

  • Management and accountability for $1M+ budgets
  • Mass-entertainment (headliner band) booking
  • Large event permitting (coordination with local officials, City Hall, police)
  • Product launches, including coordination with outside PR/Ad agencies
  • Site selection and contract negotiation
  • Production and lighting design
  • Staff hiring, training and placement

In the last five years, Elizabeth has continued to grow her client list and skills to include mega-event production, including Washington Mutual’s Award Winning “Teacherpalooza” in Chicago, IL – the world’s largest barbecue attended by over 65,000 area residents, and benefiting local teachers. Other large client events include promotions for The Gap Companies (The Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy), LPL, Cisco Systems, and Dolby Labs.

Consumer-facing events are also her specialty. To promote the world’s most popular video game, Guitar Hero, Elizabeth constructed a touring tournament linked to music festivals – which has had a total audience of over 500,000 players.

More recently, she has added non-profit organizations to her roster – including the Sonoma Valley Wine Auction and an annual fundraiser for the Zen Hospice Center which involves 25 separate celebrity-studded dinners and events throughout the Bay Area.
